MEP MODELING SERVICES

We provide MEP modeling solutions to confirm design data and create accurate construction documentation for Revit MEP projects. HVAC DESIGN / DETAILING SERVICES

We specialize in the simulated construction of 3D BIM models using a range of inputs including contract documents, specification sheets, design documents and equipment submittals. The final model is generated after resolving any clash by re-routing ductwork, changing elevations and duct re-sizing. Value Engineering and Design Validations are also offered. PLUMBING DESING AND DRAFTING SERVICES

We produce a coordinated BIM model after carrying out clash detection among all the trades.

We can also offer up to date clash reports and walkthroughs of sprinkler installations, giving you the ability to resolve any potential clashes before installation begins. These Drawings are produced from the co-ordinated BIM model after alignment with the architectural grids. Our team keeps the necessary clearances for the Builders work drawings as per the contract documents and construction codes. Equipment Plinth Layout, Shop Drawings & Quantity Take-Off

Equipment Plinth Layout needs to be accurately determined to ensure the proper installation of HVAC equipment.

Shop Drawings are created based on project standards and are useful to contractors, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers during construction.

Quantity Take-Off reports can be formatted in MS Excel and exported to a database for detailed analysis.
